Trading involves substantial risk, including loss of capital. Users are solely responsible for trading decisions, account configuration, order parameters, and automation settings. Orders may be delayed, rejected, partially filled, or executed at different prices due to market conditions, APIs, brokers, Salesforce, or technical issues. Ksema Global is not responsible for trading losses, execution errors, slippage, API failures, third-party outages, or market losses.
